1st Support Group Outing - Thanks Swig n Swine

Hello Everyone
I wanted to say THANK YOU to all those who were able to make it to our first support group outing last night. I think we had about 30 total show up!! So sorry some of you weren’t able to make it but we’ll be doing this again soon and often and we look forward to seeing everyone again.

Free Performance Coaching Available

For those interested, there is a free one-day clinic available later this month for those looking to improve their triathlon skills!! OK, before you think I'm crazy, the good news is you don't have to be a triathlete to participate in this event.

Anyone interested in getting back on their bike, or get back in the swimming pool, or walk/run a little better are encouraged to check it out.

There will be instruction and clinics in swimming, cycling, running/wheelchair pushing and more. And there will be USAT Level II Certified Paratriathlon Coach and other high-level experts & coaches available to answer any questions. Come learn about and test adaptive equipment, wetsuits, handlers/guides, and more.

The event is FREE and sponsored by AXES Performance Coaching.

The clinic will be held at the NORTH CHARLESTON AQUATIC CENTER on October 30, 2021 from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. Equipment will be available to try out including various adaptive equipment items and wet suits.

The clinic is open to ALL AGES and ALL ABILITIES.
